We are writting to complaint about the poor service provided by your waiters.
We had a really bad experience last night at 8:00pm in your restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the waiter said that we had to wait for half hour although we've booked the seat already! Your waiters were so rude that they neglected our feelings and turned a blind eye when we (w...) standing near the door. Finally, (w....) we decided to leave but your waiters seemed very happy.
Actually we are your frequent customers and have your member cards, so we would like to having some compensation.

After investigation, we confirmed that you had booked the seat which was available at 8:00pm. Unfortunately, our booking system had been down last night. As a result, our waiter could not arrange a seat for you.
Our company always provides the highest standard of service to our customer. We believe the quality of waiters will keep improveing after listening to your valuable opinion.
In order to show our goodwill, we will offer a luxurius dinner for you to enjoy. We would be glad to see you again. (How can they claim the dinner?)
